Occupational Therapist
Lianne received a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2020 from Acadia University and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy degree in 2022 at Queen’s University. Prior to entering the field of occupational therapy, Lianne was actively involved in volunteer programs focused on supporting individuals with disabilities, including the S.M.I.L.E. and Kinderskills programs at Acadia University, where she helped foster skill development and participation in meaningful activities. Lianne’s occupational therapy experience includes working in acute care, outpatient mental health group therapy, and community mental health settings. She supported individuals with activities of daily living, facilitating safe transitions to home and community environments, job search, social skills development, and talk therapy interventions. Lianne has a strong interest in using technology in creative and practical ways to enhance meaningful participation and independence, which led her to joining Neil Squire in 2024.
Jody Dickerson
Jody Dickerson
Assistive Technology Trainer & Assistant
Jody is an Assistive Technology Professional and Trainer who joined Neil Squire in 2021. With a degree in User Experience Design from Simon Fraser University and over 10 years supporting the disability community in employment, education, community access, and independent living, she focuses on bridging the gap between ability and aspiration using mainstream and specialized technologies. Her work includes customizing solutions to enhance independence and ability, while contributing to innovation in accessibility through research, training, and knowledge sharing.

Nikki Langdon
Nikki Langdon, BPas(Kin), RRP, CVP
Solutions Departmental Specialist / Regional Manager, Director of Consultation and Assessment
Nikki joined the Neil Squire Society in 2003 and holds a degree in Kinesiology, where she graduated with Great Distinction. She also holds the Certified Vocational Professional standing from College of Vocational Professionals and the Registered Rehabilitation Designation from VRA Canada. She heads up a technology and education program for SK with the Ministry of Education with the goal to build Assistive Technology capacity with students, parents, educators, and decision makers. Most notably, the focus is on helping students transition from school to post-secondary education/training or employment, as well as, the use of UDL: Universal Design for Learning as it supports inclusive schools.
